1- if for example zaid accuses a man of zinaa and he is found to be lying what will be the HADD given to him?? without doing QIYAAS on women they will not be able to bring any clear hadith. *

the arabic word for buffalo is 'JAAMOOS'.
this word is not in the quran and not in hadith. now WHERE CAN U WAHABBIES PROOVE TO US that the meat,milk,yoghurt,cheese whatever attained from a buffalo is HALAAL?
its simple they will have to do qiyaas on a cow.

now for a junuby (person in need of ghusl)
if he has no water to do ghusl, from hadith its proven he will have to do tayammum to purify himself.
now what if a haidha (woman with periodic bleeding) or woman with nifaas (bleeding after childbirth) has no water???
they cannot bring a sareeh nass at all. they will have to do qiyaas on the junuby! otherwise its sad to say all their wives ars napaak. allah swt guide them *
